Today I decided to make
김밥..! It is a Korean type of sushi! :)
these are the list of my kimbap's ingredients:
-spinach
-crabstick
-Japanese cucumber
-sausages
-eggs (for making omelet)
-carrots
-rice
-seaweed (long/short)
-sugar, Japanese rice/grain vinegar, sesame oil, and salt
(for seasoning).
tool for rolling the sushi: bamboo mat
If you don't have it, you still can make it. I didn't use it, but it is better to use the bamboo mat, so the sushi will be tidily rolled.
the ingredients can be change as your desire. Usually there are pickled radish strips or tuna, and so on.
First, cook rice (
short grain rice is better or normal rice will do). while you are waiting for the rice to get ready, prepare the other ingredients

fry the sausages with a little bit of oil and cut it into stripes.make an omelet with 2 eggs and fold it. (don't forget to sprinkle on some salt)
, cut it into long pieces.boil the crabstick for awhile and filter the water.
put the spinach into boiled water (
after you cut the down part and wash it properly) put some sesame oil in it and some sugar, filter the water.
Cut the crabstick, Japanese cucumber, cooked carrots into strips.
cook the carrots with a little bit of oil and sprinkle on some salt.
After all the ingredients get ready. prepare the cooked rice. take the cooked rice and put in to a bowl and pour some vinegar on it and mix it well. :)
get ready for the seaweed. Put a piece of seaweed. and put on some rice, make it even in every part, don't put it too much..
because it will be hard to fold the sushi.arrange the other ingredients on it. and start to fold it. fold it slowly and make sure it is not loose otherwise when you cut it, the contents will come out easily.


After that cut it in to thin pieces and Your Kimbap is ready to consume! ^^
you can put some mayonnaise to give more flavor into it or enjoy your kimbap with some soy sauce will do ;9
