Fierce Red

In this outfits, I went to my Grandma's B'day party. For ages, I had never been to a huge gathering with relatives. Many people, grandma's friends, cousins, and relatives came to the party.
On the day, the dress-code was red outfits. Almost everyone is wearing at least one red colour item. I decided to wear a skirt with a pink tank and white blazer. When I wore this outfits, I had a little feeling of being in the valentine mode because of the sweet pink, red, and white. And last but not least, I'm in LOVE with my new clutch from H&M. Currently, I love gold, shiny, silver, any metallic items.

Shanghai Trip

I came back from Shanghai last week. I stayed in Shanghai for 5 days. During my visit to Shanghai, I went to a few places, most of the time, I went to the same places that I've been. But I always enjoy to be in Shanghai and never get bored. I went to shop, I didn't shop a lot because they sell a winter clothing most of the time. I don't live in a four season country, that's the problem. Now, I'm back in my hometown. The reason why I just started to blog about my trip is it took me so long to choose the right photos and edited it. And finally It's done!

I took a lot of photos (not as many as my visit on March). When I travel, I love to take as many photos, I shot anything, most of the time are scenery, food, and anything that catch my attention (it can be a random thing). Those are the only time when I could use my skill and improve it. I love to find the right composition, the right moment, until the editing process, etc. Photography is one of my interest and what I love doing! It's where I could compile inspirations, imaginations, memories, and stories in every photos.

During my visit to Shanghai, I also met with a blogger friend, Alviana. This is our second meeting. We had dinner together, she brought me to a restaurant that is famous with its spicy food and I love it so much! While we enjoyed the food, we talked about many things. It was a pleasure to meet her during this trip. Hope to see her again at another time.

Going for a Trip

Finally everything is done, all tasks back in my hometown are done. I'm back in KL. It has been a few days since I arrived here. Though eveything has done, there's one thing that I need to think about. I've been thinking about it for quite a long time. But, I'll just put that thought a side, I'm going for a trip to SHANGHAI! Yay!

I'll be going tomorrow morning, and will be back during the weekend. This time, I'll be going without my sister. She used to be the "tour leader" back in March, when my sister, my mom, and I went to Shanghai earlier this year. Me and my mom were just following wherever my sister brought us to. For tomorrow's trip, after I went through some "Private lesson" about Shanghai. I learnt about all those transportations, the place's names, metro exits, etc. Hopefully I can do it tomorrow with my mom and brother. Just the three of us, exploring (having fun) in Shanghai.

Today's Outfits. I know it has been along time since I last posted an outfits post in my blog. Finally I'm making an outfit's post this time. I'm mixing polkadots pattern and stripes today. I think's it's fun to combine these two patterns together. While Other's are black and white, I wore a bright colour tank to make the look become more casual or fun look.
I went to KLCC today, and finally I grabbed some books, styling books from Nina Garcia and Katherin Power & Hillary Kerr at Kinokuniya. There were sales in the bookstore! and I bought two books in the end! Can't wait to read the books.

That Fashion Show....

Finally I got all the photos from the last week's fashion show. Like what I promised before. I'm compiling every photos and also video from the fashion show to share it here! I specially editing the video by myself yesterday and it took me a few hours to finished. Hope you guys like it! Most of the photos that I shared in this post is from what I already designed from the course that I took. The Surabaya Art and Fashion festival was held in Surabaya Town Square for 3 days. And I was in the last day(#3rd day) to show my collections with other students as well. I was accompanied by my sister, brother in law, and my close friends. 

They chose "Alice in Wonderland" as the main theme of the show, every models were getting make up done like a gothic style and very couture. As you can see on their faces. and I was stunned by them at the backstage, how they actually prepared themselves and waited for their turn, then quickly changed for the next clothes, it was very interesting. The show was started with a catwalk of Women's Casual Wear, continued with kid's wear, then men's wear, cocktail dress. Lastly, the models came out, wearing Avant-garde. By showing a little drama about Alice Wonderland on the stage, it became more attractive and exciting. Check Them Out!!

Guilty Pleasure, New Cafe

While waiting for the photos of the fashion show, I suddenly had more things to share to you guys. Unlike few weeks back, I didn't have a nice occasion to take a pretty picture or I was just hanged out for a while. At that time, a t-shirt and a pair of jeans were the best thing to wear. Yes. Everyone has it, and we can't avoid to wear them. Yesterday night, I was helping my friend to take a few pictures for her magazine to be publish soon. So, I helped her with pleasure. She has done a pretty make up to both of the girls, which is our friend and a friend of hers. I was out from the house around 9 p.m. and we sat down in to a mall which has a lot of cafes.

We didn't dress up to look good at all, except the girls who need to pose. We taught there were not many people since yesterday was Tuesday. Unexpectedly, once we arrived, there were many people having dinner in the cafes. A place where there are many cafes to try, and always occupied during the weekend. What's nice about this place is unlike other places, it close at 12 a.m. to 2 a.m.. We ended up taking a few shots while munching Haagen Dazs ice cream. I couldn't taste much, I was busy taking pictures. Gotta share a few shots next time. 

After that, the girls went back, and only me and my friend stayed. I asked her, let's stay longer and had more dessert. Ended up, there was a new cafe opened in that place, with a nice and pretty decorations. Nowadays, people needs more comfy places to eat. Interior and good concept will attracts customers more, and I agree with that. People won't look at the price, when the places is good, the service is good, and the food is yummy. We tried, and we ended up ordered a lot, not only dessert. The taste was pretty good, plus the way they serve it it's just unexpected and unique. A plus for that. Such a pleasure having a good time accompanied a good place and snacks (should I called it heavy food?, maybe I should), but pleasure with guilt. Guilty of eating at the wrong time. Anyway, we stayed and chatted for quite long we went back home at 11.30 p.m. Time went too quick when we were having fun.
