김치 볶음밥 - Kimchi Bokeum Bap (Kimchi fried rice)







Ingredients:

Kimchi
kimchi
sesame oil
leftover rice (last night rice)
hard tofu
some chicken (if you want)
egg
garlic
pepper
onion (that use to make onion ring)
sweet soy sauce
oil

1. cut the tofu and chicken into dice shape.
2. cut all the garlic and onion into small pieces.
3. season your chicken with some pepper, sesame oil, and salt.
4. heat some oil in the frying pan, put the garlic and onion in to the pan. cook until it turns brownish.
5. put the chicken in, cook it well and put all the tofu, pour some sweet soy sauce.
6. after that, put the kimchi inside. pour some of the kimchi liquid into it (don't put too much/ until wet)
7. put the rice in and sprinkle some salt. mix it well.
8. make a fried egg.

It's ready to consume! :)

The kimchi that I bought is spicy. Kimchi will give a spicy, sour taste! :)
Yummy. I cooked a lot yesterday. You should put more kimchi if you like extra spicy kind of taste! Yummy!
