=~*Beef Yaki Udon*~=



Yea Today I cooked beef yaki udon It tasted really nice! ;9

Ingredients:
udon noodle
Beef (I choose tenderloin) cut into pieces
mushroom
carrots
egg
green vegetable
oil
garlic, onion (that use to make onion ring), red onion, green onion
hoisin sauce
teriyaki souce
salt
pepper
sweet soy sauce
oyster sauce
sesame oil

how to cook:
0. chop all the onion into small pieces.
1. First, put the udon into a boiled water. then boiled it on the heat around 2 minutes (until the udon is elastic/ flexible.
2. Cut the mushroom, carrots, and vege. put it aside.
3. make an omelet with the egg and make it into small pieces.
4. put on some pepper, teriyaki sauce, and salt into the cut beef.
5. put some oil into the pan. put all the garlic, onion, red onion into the pan, cook it until fragrant.
6. put the meat and cook until it change colour, add some hoisin and sweet soy sauce. put the carrot, of the vege, in and mushroom in.
7. after awhile, put the noodle and eeg in, adjust the taste by adding some oyster sauce, salt and sweet soy sauce.
8. add some choped green onion and a little of sesame oil.
9. NOW your Udon is ready!
